Daniel is a Houston ​based Latin dancer ​specializing primarily in ​bachata and salsa. His ​initial passion for street ​dance drove him to seek ​technique in the salsa ​world with Amaya Dance ​Company and since then, ​he's had the opportunity

to grow and share his passion for dance with ​audiences near and far. He co-directed ​TeamDoubleDs and performed and competed at ​different Latin dance events nationwide and ​internationally.

He is currently collaborating with Houston Salsa ​Dancers Inc., a non-profit dance organization, and ​teaches at the monthly SalsaDura Social.

Today, he is now the creative director of DHOKA ​Dance, a new individually led project with the ​vision to share his knowledge and passion to new ​dancers. He and his team continue to travel and ​perform at various dance events and wherever ​the opportunity to share his vision is available.
